These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern the use of the website laminedediamant.eu (hereinafter "the Site") and the services offered by La Mine De Diamant, a company established in Belgium (hereinafter "we", "our" or "us").

  • Free expert appraisal and valuation of your precious items

3. Prices and Quotations

  • Gold prices displayed on the Site are indicative and based on regularly updated international market rates.
  • The final purchase or sale price is determined at the time of the transaction, based on the prevailing rate and the evaluation of the item.
  • Prices displayed in our online shop are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Gold Purchase Transactions

  • Any sale of gold or precious metals to La Mine De Diamant requires a valid identity document in accordance with Belgian anti-money laundering legislation.
  • The appraisal of your items is free and without obligation.
  • Payment is made immediately at the time of the transaction, by bank transfer.
  • All transactions are final once payment has been made and the item handed over.

5. Online Shop

  • Products presented on our Site are available subject to stock.
  • Product photographs are as accurate as possible, but slight differences in colour or appearance may exist.
  • An online order constitutes a distance sales contract, subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Belgian Economic Law Code (Book VI).

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations (gold, precious metals) in accordance with Article VI.53, 1° of the Belgian Economic Law Code.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery times are provided as an indication only.
  • Delivery costs are shown before order finalization.
  • Shipments are insured and require a signature upon receipt.
  • La Mine De Diamant cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • All our products benefit from the 2-year legal conformity guarantee (Articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the Belgian Civil Code).
  • Our valuations and appraisals are carried out with the utmost care by qualified professionals but do not constitute official certification unless stated otherwise.
  • La Mine De Diamant shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos) is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
